American Airlines Announces “Largest” Flight Schedule to Italy

American Airlines is set to expand its European offerings with its largest-ever schedule to Italy for summer 2025, featuring new routes and increased flights. Starting in May, American will launch nonstop service from Chicago (ORD) to Naples (NAP) and from Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) to Venice (VCE), both serviced by Boeing 787-8 aircraft. Additionally, summer service to Rome (FCO) from Miami (MIA) and Philadelphia (PHL) will see significant boosts, including a second daily flight from PHL. This expansion makes American the U.S. leader in flights to Italy and aligns with growing summer demand for European travel. Enhanced routes to London (LHR) and new service to Madrid (MAD) will also support seamless travel across Europe with oneworld® partners.
